We took on all market research for Minto Properties 2 years prior and was then tasked with taking that research we had collected, along with a brand that we did not create that the company wasn’t happy about, and turn it all around.
A before and after campaign was seeded into potential buyer's memory, to position The Annex as an aspirational purchase. The sales center was also a reflexion of their units, helping the visitors visualize their future lifestyle.
